You pick the project you find most interesting, decide how much you want to invest and follow the progress of the works directly on the platform. Once the project is finished, you receive your share of the returns.

We created this space to make real estate investing easier and more democratic. Our mission is to widen access to the property market and give people more opportunities to make decisions — whether they are starting with their first €250 or building a portfolio in the hundreds of thousands.

The minimum is €250 per project, and you are free to diversify across as many active projects on the platform as you wish.
Funds are held in separate trust accounts with licensed Croatian institutions. Preqentora never holds investor balances on its own accounts.
Most projects combine principal repayment with a share in the profits from the sale or long-term rental once construction is complete.
Investing in real estate carries risk, like any market investment. Prices can fluctuate, projects can be delayed and returns are not guaranteed. A detailed risk description is available in each project's prospectus.
After one year, shares can be transferred via our internal secondary market. Liquidity depends on demand from other investors.
